I first tried the Fruit Tea Strawberry Smoothie at a bookstore coffee shop and loved it. They sold the 32-ounce bottle for $21.00. I knew I could get a better deal on Amazon... Which I got 2 bottles for $27.00. Pretty good deal compared to the coffee shop. Anyhow, I blend it with frozen rasberry and blackberries and use milk instead of water (learned it from the coffee shop) and the outcome is delecious. My children also love it. If you want a YUMMY smoothie try this brand and add some extra berries and milk.

Bought this on a lightening deal and wish I would have bought a couple more. (Still may) Material is very soft and surprising warm. I hate wearing heavy jackets and see myself wearing this until there is snow on the ground. My only problem is that I washed it with a terry cloth pillow case and now have a fuzzy inside. I was able to remove it with a clothes razor and I am good to go. Great jacket! Highly recommend.

Purchased this product about a month ago. So far I'm very satisfied with this product. This product is key for smartphone users on the go. I have an HTC Sensation and I have to keep an eye on the battery life and charge it whenever I can throughout the day, under heavy use. The Anker battery weights practically nothing and the design is simple and sleek. It's great for those emergencies when I'm on the road or about to hit the road and can't charge my phone. I can plug the Anker into my phone and put it in my bag and let it charge while I'm in transit. The Anker is 3200mAh which is enough to do one full charge of my HTC, with a little left to spare. The Anker has a little battery meter which tells you how much charge the Anker has left. It has a short built in micro USB cable which is coiled up inside the device and can be extended about 2.5 inches. So I'll never have to worry about not having a micro USB cable handy. It also has another USB port on the top so you can use an external USB cable to charge up your device. This will work great for iPhones. The Anker has a micro USB port on the top which is used to charge up the Anker. I've charged up my Anker using the USB port on my laptop as well as the wall charger for my Blackberry so it's very versatile. The Anker holds a charge well. The product description said it can hold a charge for up to 1 year. I had it sitting in my bag for about 2 weeks and it held a 100% charge until I needed it. All in all a great product if you need to have that backup power on the go. I highly recommend this product. I do recommend running the Anker through 3 or 4 full change/discharge cycles to get the full battery capacity.

This product is fantastic. I just went on a 10-day photo shoot, and for each of those 10 days I could never be sure when I would have access to electricity to recharge my phone. This product got me out of a bind more than once. Wonderful to have the peace of mind that you can use your phone all you want and surf the web using 4g and never be worried that you are going to run out of power. Phones should have this product come standard when you buy them.

Other people borrowed this product when they got stuck for power, and now they want one. I raved about it so much I felt like a brand evangelist, and I think people may wonder if I have shares in the company (no - I don't):)

After 6 months of having our HTC EVO 4G Shift, we love our phone but the battery life was becoming less tolerable. My wife and I would have to charge our phone at least 2x-3x a day in order to have it not shut-down on us from batter drainage. Reducing the number of apps running in the background did help but wasn't a full solution to our problem. I think for any Android phone users, the experience of having your phone completely shut down on you during the middle of the day with no access to a charger is a big nusiance. Of course, we looked at getting a bigger battery pack for our phones but looked away due to the price (something like $70 each). A co-worker had an external battery pack for his Android phone and gave me the idea to do some research.... long and behold, the Anker SlimTalk External Battery Pack. Ordered one for the wife and myself -- what a convenient thing to have!

Package arrived and worked immediatly out of the box. The unit is small and not bulky to where you couldn't fit it in your pocket. The shiny black surface is nice to look at but does show fingerprints and can forsee it being easily scratched. For the most part, looks and feels pretty solid for being plastic. The built-in flashlight is a bonus along with the built-in cable to charge your phone. It also has a % meter that shows how much charge is left. The only thing I wished this came with was a protective pouch or carrying case. Other than that, pretty happy I bought this as it is quite functional and useful. The wife is happy and this speaks volume for a non-techy person. Highly recommended!

The only way we could get baby to stop crying and sleep at night was to bring him to bed with us (which worried us some, but definitely made baby happy). We had tried swaddling with other blankets, and he ALWAYS worked his arms out within several minutes and then the crying would start again. The Miracle Blanket is great--since we got it, he's been sleeping in his pack-and-play every night rather than with us. Occasionally, he does manage to get his arms out, but re-wrapping him usually settles him down quickly. Other reviewers have mentioned that an especially big/long newborn will outgrow the foot pouch sooner, and I think that will be a problem for us, but it is worth it. We're big fans.

FYI--it takes awhile to dry completely in the dryer (knit fabric + lots of flaps that get balled up), so don't wait until right before bedtime to wash/dry it, especially if you rely on it!

We have tried the Swaddle Me, the Swaddle Blanket, and the Miracle Blanket. The ONLY one our daughter AND son did not break out of was the Miracle Blanket ( she is now 5 1/2, he 3 1/2 - they each used it for about 3 months).

ADVANTAGES
* Works differently than others - holds arms at side with two "flaps" that tuck under the body (uses body weight), and then a longer piece wraps around the baby. The end result is a very tight but comfortable looking cocoon that works!
* NO VELCRO - The velcro on the Swaddle Me kept waking our daughter up and sticking to everything in its path.
* Keeps them warm with nothing else required.

DISADVANTAGES
* The part that swaddles the bottom half of the body sometimes come loose - you have to make sure that you wrap the blanket around the lower half o the body REALLY well!
* Nothing else we can think of

We are aware of other blankets on the market, but honestly haven't read a review or heard a testimonial from a friend to change our reco. We still get this as a gift!

When my husband saw me wrap our daughter in this blanket for the first time he said that is should be illegal as it looks like a straight jacket. But by that point I really didn't care what it looked like. Our strong little girl's been able to get out of just about anything, huge aiden & anais muslin blankets, swaddle me(these worked well until she got too big--they really are very small--my daughter is 4 months now and the largest one is too short and too tight), woombie (she can't get out of this one, but she is able to get her hands to her mouth)anyway, she was literally driving me crazy waking up all the time. In this blanket, she sleeps like a rock! I've had the blanket for 4 nights now and first 2 nights she slept from 8 till 3.30 and the past two nights from 8 till 4.30! I can change her diaper without having to unwrap her, just pull the bottom part down to expose her lower body, change diaper and put legs back into the pouch--a little milk and baby is asleep till 6 am again. Mommy and daddy are very well rested and we love unwrapping our happy smiley daughter who is also well rested every morning.

This raised bed was exactly what I needed to go camping again. Super easy to inflate with the included electric detached pump or my own battery operated pump. The flock top keeps the covers/sleeping bag from slipping and the slightly raised sides help identify the "edge" of the bed to prevent rolling off. Deflates in seconds and folds/rolls back up - just can't get it back into the original carrying bag.

It is a good laptop for the price. (buy it on sale $ 524.50)
It has a good processor without being too powerful, faithfully fulfill their duties.
If you use the pc for office work, multimedia, programming, design of medium-high... this pc is perfect for you.

It has some powerful speakers, which are undoubtedly the best of the laptop.
No other series of notebook computers sound as good as these.

The design is excellent with a good finish.
The keyboard layout is correct and functional ... perfect for those who write many lines of programs. With a few days of use are very comfortable.
The cooling system works perfectly, very quiet, the temperature of laptop manteniene quite low.
Before I had a HP tx2500 series and could not hold it in your legs for a few minutes ... This team does not have this problem and virtually eliminates the myth that AMD processors are a burner.
The HDMI port allows connection to monitors and high definition TV ... and eSata port, almost flying ...

But all is not perfect, you have some details that is good to know ...
Like other comments on the laptop, the power cord is very close to the output tray dvd drive. Of course this is not a problem if you do not open and close the pan constantly. Just take caution. This also can be solved if you buy generic controller with link type "L", then move away the cable tray area.

Although the finish is very good and avoid getting fingerprints on the surface is not the finish of the keys and the touchpad ... able to pick up any trace of use.
The touchpad itself is very sensitive by default, requiring adjustments before its continued use ... any way if you want to use the touchpad, has 4 USB ports for connecting a mouse.

The CPU has 3 cores which help in multitasking processes ... but for the common user this is not very helpful and recent lack of level 3 cache.
The lack of a backlit keyboard require its use in places with enough light, if affected by shadows can be all-black. (Unless you have a vision 20/20) And this is strange, because other series notebook computers have this capability.

The battery that comes standard is very short with constant use. Although it has installed an application that extends the time ... not made ''many dreams ... this laptop is not to forget the charger.
The webcam is technically deficient, must have good lighting if you want to appear either in the chat ... and still is the worst no doubt this laptop ...

There is greater detail and deals with equipment specifications... Amazon and AMD offer this machine with a AMD M880G chipset, plus a graphics card ATI Radeon HD 4250.
The truth is that there is no M880G chipset for notebook platforms, or at least not found anywhere toshiba representative of the technical area. (nor I found on the web).
All the programs you use in Windows to identify hardware, recognized the chipset motherboard as a "SB 700/800" and "NB 780/785G".
The Hypertransport is only 1800 (Existing now would help a lot faster than the lack of L3 Cache)
Only the command "lspci"in a Linux Live CD, video card identified as "M880G ATI Technologies Inc [Radeon Mobility HD 4200]. "

If you are aware of these details, for sure will be a very satisfying purchase. And highly recommended.
By the way, which is welcome, it is the small amount of additional software that comes bundled ... which greatly facilitates the removal of any unneeded applications and leave the laptop manufactures almost clean.

Dispone de un buen procesador que sin ser muy poderoso, cumple fielmente su cometido.

Si utiliza el pc para trabajo de oficina, multimedia, programacion, diseño de medio-alto nivel y algun otro uso... este pc es perfecto para usted.
Posee unos poderosos parlantes, que sin duda son lo mejor del laptop. Ninguna otra serie de equipos portatiles suenan tan bien como estos parlantes.

El diseño esta excelente, con un buen acabado.
La distribucion del teclado es correcta y funcional... perfecto para aquellos que escriben muchas lineas de programas. Con unos dias de uso se sienten muy comodas.
El sistema de refrigeracion funciona a la perfeccion, sumamente silencioso, la temperatura del laptop se manteniene bastante baja.
Antes tenia una HP de la serie TX2500 y era imposible sostenerla en las piernas por unos minutos... este equipo no tiene ese problema y practicamente elimina el mito de que los procesadores AMD son una hornilla.

El puerto HDMI permite su conexion con monitores y tv de alta definicion... y el puerto eSata; practicamente vuela...

Pero todo no es perfecto, tienes unos detalles que es bueno conocer...
Como otros comentarios respecto al laptop, el cable de corriente esta muy cerca de la bandeja de salida de la unidad dvd. Claro que esto no es un problema si usted no abre y cierra la bandeja constantemente. Solo hay que tener precaucion. Esto tambien puede solucionarse si se adquiere el regulador generico con conexion tipo "L", pues alejaria el cable del area de la bandeja.

Aunque el acabado es muy bueno y evita el dejar huellas sobre la superficie; no lo es el acabado de las teclas y el touchpad... que permiten captar cualquier rastro de uso.
El mismo touchpad es bastante sensible por defecto, lo que obliga a realizar ajustes antes de su uso continuo... de cualquier forma si no desea usar el touchpad, tiene 4 puertos usb para conectar un mouse.

El CPU posee 3 nucleos que ayudan en procesos multitareas... pero para el usuario comun esto no es de mucha ayuda y se reciente de la falta de cache de nivel 3.
La falta de un teclado retroiluminado obliga a su uso en sitios con suficiente luz, si hay sombras puede verse afectado por ser todo completamente negro. (Al menos que tenga una vision 20/20) Y esto es extraño, por que otros equipos portatiles de la serie tienen esta capacidad.

La bateria que viene estandar dura muy poco con uso constante. Aunque viene instalada una aplicacion que permite extender el tiempo... no se haga muchas ilusiones... este laptop no es para olvidar el cargador.
La webcam es tecnicamente deficiente, necesita estar en una habitacion con buena iluminacion y aun asi sigue siendo deficiente.

Hay un detalle mayor y tiene que ver con las especificaciones del equipo...Amazon y AMD ofrecen este equipo con un Chipset AMD M880G, ademas de una tarjeta grafica ATI Radeon HD 4250.
Lo cierto es que no hay un chipset M880G para plataformas portatiles, o por lo menos no lo encontro en ninguna parte el representante de toshiba del area tecnica.(ni tampoco lo encontre en la web).
Todos los programas que use en windows para identificar el hardware, reconocen la tarjeta madre como un chipset "SB 700/800" y "NB 780/785G".
El Hypertransport es de solo 1800 (Existiendo ahora mismo mas velocidades que ayudarian mucho por la falta de Cache L3)
Solo el comando "lspci" en un CD-Live de linux identifico la tarjeta de video como: "ATI Technologies Inc M880G [Mobility Radeon HD 4200]".

Si esta consciente de estos detalles, de seguro sera una compra bien satisfactoria. Y altamente recomendada.

Por cierto, algo que es de agradecer; es la poca cantidad de software adicional que viene incluido... lo que facilita enormemente la desinstalacion de algunas aplicaciones inutiles y deja el portatil practicamente limpio de fabrica

I've purposely waited over a month to review my purchase. I have to say, this Netbook has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs on-the-go computing power for under $300. I made two changes to the original configuration. First, I upgraded to Windows 7 Professional. Starter works well for most needs, but I found some of the limitations annoying. Because my student status, I was able to purchase the upgrade cheaply through Microsoft's student program. Also, I added an additional 1 gigabyte of memory, but I haven't seen it make a big difference in performance. A lot of people complained about the size of the keyboard. To be sure, it took me a week or so to get used to it, but now typing is just as easy as it is on my regular laptop. Of course, for users that are doing a lot of typing (e.g. more than 1 hour at a time), then for ergonomic reasons, I would connect an extended USB keyboard. The battery power varies depending on the applications I am running. I find that streaming movies tend to draw down the power faster, so that on average I get between 3-3.5 hours of battery life. For everything else, my battery lasts between 7-9 hours, which is lower that the advertised 11 hours--I'm not sure how they came up with this number. In any case, that's enough to get me through the day and then some. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Barring any failure, Asus has won me over as a new customer.


Asus 1001P-MU17-WT Review by Mike Brecher (London & New York)

Physically, a nice little machine, great for work on the go. I have fairly big fingers, and made a lot of typos at first, but my hands got accustomed to the keyboard within an hour or so. But there are buts.
The big one is that, while it does a few things faster than my main Vista-based laptop, for many of the most basic maneuvers it's a slow as molasses and crashes regularly, even though I've doubled the memory to its maximum 2gb. My hunch is that Windows 7, which the 1001p comes with, is another bust from Microsoft, so loaded down with security and other features of no use to anyone that it needs a nuclear power plant to run it. You can go for a 5-mile run between hitting the scroll bar and the page actually scrolling down!
Soon as I'm back from my current trip and not dependent on this netbook, I'm going to try replacing 7 with xp and see if that improves things.



Asus 1001P-MU17-WT Review by Will (Army, All over)

Bought this computer to watch movies on.
Can't stand iTunes + the iPad is too expensive. Android Tablets are also way too expensive for the decent ones, the cheap ones are way too buggy.

Since I had a legal copy of win7 pro (64bit) I put it on the machine. Had to download the wireless and video drivers, pretty easy. Lost the special EEE buttons, (under the "F" keys), so I'll have to go find whatever driver runs those. Right now I have to manually click the volume and screen brightness up/down, can't turn the wireless card off, and can't put the computer to "sleep" (only options are turn off or hibernate.)

"Express Gate" is FAST. It boots up and is ready to surf in a few seconds. You really can't do anything with it, to save pictures or whatnot from the internet you have to install an SD card or USB drive. Which is nice- should be virus-free, right? It's NOT IExplorer, it's "Splashtop" by Mozilla (makers of Firefox).
You can view attached drives and open pictures but not movies.

Keyboard feels CHEAP. Size is good, but it's noisy and it flexes a little bit.

Watching a little Hulu (wireless) and a 2GB mpeg video (USB drive)- they played just fine in fullscreen with a tiny amount of pixelation, IF the machine is not trying to do anything else. Try to turn the volume up/down and it gets a tiny bit choppy until I'm done and let it do its thing.

I love this thing, it will keep me happy on trips, although I'll still be packing my laptop for long ones to download/rip/convert movies. (And the wife wants one, just cuz they're "so cute I want to put it in my purse".)

Would I like a nicer/more expensive one?
-Of course! The finish on the $330 machines I've seen are far superior.

But this is a great machine for the pricepoint. Only complaint (for the price) is the keyboard. It's completely functional but could be a little quieter and more solid.

About half the time I plug a harddrive into the left USB port, the entire computer shutdown. Different cables, harddrives all do the same thing. Doesn't happen on the right-side. Emailed Tech Support, they said "no problem, use the other side" But I like my mouse on the right side and don't need harddrives hanging where I use that. Plus I don't want a computer that's not fully functional.

I emailed tech support back, I have to call to setup an RMA to ship it back. Will update as things progress.

(Disappointing because battery life rocks, plays my media from USB, SD card, or Harddrive fine, even plugged into the TV using a monitor cable. I actually use this in the house because it's so much easier to carry from room to room than my regular laptop..)

After a recent bathroom remodel I went on the search for the "perfect" towel. After trying several brands over the past six months, I can with absolute confidence say there is no such thing as the perfect towel. But, of all the ones I tried, the Calcot bath sheets strike the best balance between pros and cons.

Of all the brands I tried, the Pinzon (Amazon house brand) 820 Gram towels and the Restoration Hardware Egyptian cotton towels were the closest runner-ups. Both are outstanding towels, but both suffered from the same problem - weight. These are some heavy towels in the bath sheet size! Weight is good when it comes to being a thirsty towel that offers a dense feel. Weight is not good when it comes to drying. On humid days the bath sheets would take more than a day to air dry after one use. Washing them was even more of a problem since they took forever to dry in the dryer. I line dry whenever I can, but unless it was hot and dry out (not all that common in VA), these took forever to dry outdoors as well. Plus, the weight when sopping wet is a real issue.

The Pinzon and the Restoration Hardware towels are excellent in hand towel size - you really appreciate the benefit of a dense pile when drying your face. But as a bath sheet, they were both impractical.

The Calcot caught my eye since they are made of US-grown Supima cotton. Basically this means the cotton fibers are long which makes them soft and absorbent. This translates into a lighter-weight towel without much loss of absorbency.

NOTE: Although the cotton is grown in the US, the towels are manufactured in Pakistan.

The Calcot bath sheets are also a bit smaller - they are 34 by 68. That's a few inches shorter than other bath sheets. I didn't miss the extra few inches, and the smaller size helps out with both the weight and ease of laundering.

Calcot has three product lines, with the Growers Collection (what I am reviewing) being their premium line. I did not try out their other lines, so can't say how they would perform.

These towels provide the best balance between softness, thickness, density, absorbency and weight. They dry quickly (both air dry and in the dryer) and are nice and large. Very minimal fuzz - in fact, hardly any came off in the first wash, and virtually nil in subsequent washes. This is in sharp contrast to the Pinzon, which shed like mad in the first wash, and kept shedding appreciably for several more washes.

Construction quality is decent. Not as nicely stitched on the edges as the Restoration Hardware towels but they are holding up well so far.

The price sealed the deal for me. I bought these directly from Calcot on their website (google Calcot Growers). Their website is pretty basic, and not what you'd call a great example of a storefront. But, the prices are much better (at least when I ordered) than Amazon or anyone else, and they offer the ability to buy either a la carte or as a pre-set bundle. I was able to get two bath sheets in their Growers Collection line for less than the cost of one bath sheet from Restoration Hardware. They shipped the same day as I ordered. They did not, however, respond to an email I sent with a question about the order (not a big problem since I found the answer myself later). So, while they score high for quick shipping and great prices, not so good when it comes to customer assistance.

I can't give any feedback on color fastness for any of the towels I tried since I only bought them in white.

Final tips: make sure you never, ever use fabric softener in the wash or dryer with any cotton towel. It really kills the absorbency. Every so often, add a half cup of vinegar to the wash. Helps keep the towels thirsty and soft. Lastly, wash the towel before using it the first time.

Ordered these towels from Amazon.com, they were shipped from Calcot in California. Received the towels in 4 days .. and I am in Massachusetts!! The towels are of excellent quality and BIG! Unfortunately, we were trying to match a color in the newly applied bath wallpaper and the color just did not work. I e-Mailed Heather at Calcot to return the package, NO problem .. she set up a UPS pick-up order, and 6 days later she emailed me that the towels were received and the complete charge had been credited to my credit card account!! THAT'S what I call GREAT customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

My hairdresser uses the Baybliss in her salon and recommended that I order one. I am amazed at how well it works and how straight it makes my hair (I am very naturally curly!). I have not noticed any damage to the ends. I ordered my daughter one at the same time, and she loves hers too. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for a new flat iron. It is definately worth the money.

I received the Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium U Style 1" Flat Iron a few days ago and so far I love it. It heats up quickly to a very high heat. It is lightweight and well designed - I find it easy to handle with cool touch spots in all the places that are intuitive to hold while styling. I wouldn't use this to make curly curls, but it took me only several minutes to learn how to give my hair a little flip or under-curl at the ends. I am completely satisfied with this product!

The bag is good- quality wise. After a lot of usage, the straps in the back have curled up so that's a negative. I like the material, it is nice rich looking not cheap at all.

I would however NOT recommend buying this bag. You can get in the small stuff, one or two notepads, One laptop - piece of cake. Add power cable for the laptop, one mouse - the back bulges out. Try and adding a book after that is impossible. Very restricted use- only for day trips when i don't need anything else to be carried.

I would have rather bought something which could at least get the small stuff+ laptop+ power cord + mouse + book without looking it is bursting from the seams.

You have been warned!

I looked around for about one year. Found this cover, and its has about 30,000 mostly highway miles on it. Its easy to put on and take off, after the first install about 20 minutes with no hurry. We also have a truck camper so the tonneau has to come off for the truck camper to be installed.

We like it and would buy another one in a heartbeat.

I had been wanting a tonneau cover ever since I bought my Silverado 4 years ago. After reading the reviews, I finally pulled the trigger here at Amazon. I am not disappointed. The item shipped promptly and was packaged nicely. Installation took nearly an hour, but that's because I was extra cautious and over-analyzed the directions a little bit. I did not give this item a full 5 stars because the cover was not properly aligned on the bulk head brace, which required me to undo all of the clamps and adjust it. Fortunately, my wife noticed it could be adjusted (the cover itself just slides through the bulk head brace), otherwise i was set to return the entire package. After that adjustment, everything went fine. The cover looks great, although I notice that a little water seems to be pooling up after some rain. Still, well worth the money and makes the truck look great!

I only can compare this to my previous tonneau cover, which has been on my other truck for 5+ yrs. My old one has a snap on cover with manual removal center rails and tailgate rail.

The TruXport with the velcro sides, roll-up and roll-out system are the best tonneau cover I have ever used. The simple two latches and then roll it towards the front to remove it. The supports staying with the cover when rolling it up. The cam style locking tailgate rail with adjustable tensioning on the cover. All these make it a breeze to use.

I don't dread taking the cover off in the winter like I always did with the snap on style cover. One winter I took my snap cover off and never put it back on until spring because it was so hard to stretch when cold. With the adjustable tension and no snaps, those are non-issues with this cover.
